In this talk, I will report our recent studies on McKean-Vlasov equations and mean-field interacting particle systems, mainly focused on the large deviation principle for the mean-field Gibbs measure, Poincare inequalities and logarithmic Sobolev inequalities, $W_1$- exponential contractivity and time-uniform propagation of chaos for the mean-field interacting particle systems.
